Upon receipt of a valid copyright notice, we will take the following steps:

  1. We will acknowledge receipt of your copyright notice within five business days.
  2. We will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within ten business days.
  3. We will notify the alleged infringer of your claim and provide them with a copy of your copyright notice.
  4. We will take reasonable steps to restore the allegedly infringing material if the alleged infringer files a counter-notice within ten business days, stating that they have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Please note that under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, any person who knowingly makes material misrepresentations in a copyright notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages.
