DMCA Policy for www.hacasellc.com and www.harrisburgcaregivingservices.com

It is our policy to respond to clear and actionable notices of alleged copyright infringement in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used or copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is occurring on our website(s), please provide a DMCA notice to our designated copyright agent by sending an email to [info@hacasellc.com].

To be effective, your DMCA notice must include the following information:

A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.

Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.

Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.

A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will take the following steps:

1. We will acknowledge receipt of your DMCA notice within five business days.
2. We will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within ten business days.
3. We will notify the alleged infringer of your claim and provide them with a copy of your DMCA notice.
4. We will take reasonable steps to restore the allegedly infringing material if the alleged infringer files a counter-notice within ten business days, stating that they have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Please note that under the DMCA, any person who knowingly makes material misrepresentations in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages.
