Answered About Our Comprehensive Quality In-Home Care Services
How do we get started?
Everything starts with a phone call between one of our care coordinators and the client or their designated proxy. This call helps us get some basic information about your loved one and their needs and to explain our recommendations to you. After that, we recommend a no-obligations assessment meeting between you, your loved one, and our care coordinator to gather and discuss more details. This meeting may also include introducing a potential caregiver for the client and family to meet and converse with.
Can we choose our caregiver?
We will absolutely be able to help you find a caregiver for your loved one. We will carefully select a caregiver based on your loved one’s requirements and personality and then introduce them during our free assessment or in a follow-up meeting. The client makes the final decision on the choice of caregiver.
